Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technologist - HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Manage daily administration and configuration of assigned systems to ensure reliable performance
• Lead the development of workflows and processes to integrate and automate manual efforts within assigned systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant coursework in computer programming or systems analysis required; Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of applicable experience in a technology environment required
• Experience specializing in ServiceNow CSM and HRSD preferred
• ServiceNow HRSD and CSA certifications preferred; ITIL 4 Foundation strongly preferred
• Vendor-specific application certifications are strongly preferred
