ServiceNow Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a contract Infrastructure Engineer (ServiceNow) to work remotely, this role will design and implement business rules, manage ServiceNow environment pipelines, and provide L3 support while collaborating with Solution Architects on platform design decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow automations
• Manage ServiceNow environment pipelines effectively across Dev, Test, Staging, and Production
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations alongside IntegrationHub spokes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) or higher qualification
• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow Architecture, Administration, and automation skillsets
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and Angular/Service Portal frameworks
