ServiceNow IRM and VR Consultant
Job Summary
To support the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow applications, the remote ServiceNow IRM and VR Consultant will engage stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and collaborate with developers to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for ServiceNow implementations
- Conduct workshops and process mapping sessions to capture workflows and support process design
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to translate requirements into platform configurations and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations
- Experience in facilitating requirements gathering and designing processes in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures, tables, and workflows
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vulnerability Response (VR)
