ServiceNow IRM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow IRM Training and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-user training materials for various stakeholder groups
• Create engaging instructional content in multiple formats and implement an OCM strategy
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and manage communication plans throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management and training delivery
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, particularly the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) suite
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and adult learning principles
• Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM modules and proficiency with training tools such as Articulate or Captivate
