ServiceNow IRM Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizations in managing risk and ensuring compliance, the remote ServiceNow IRM Consultant will implement and optimize the ServiceNow IRM suite, configure its components, and lead implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and design solutions using ServiceNow IRM modules
• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM components, including Risk Management and Compliance Management
• Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and provide training and support to end-users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in the Integrated Risk Management module
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IRM modules
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript for ServiceNow customization
