ServiceNow IRM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow IRM Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM applications including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional and technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations within the IRM framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance or equivalent certifications
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including 1-2 years focused on the IRM/GRC modules
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide scripting
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR
