ServiceNow IRM Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of ServiceNow IRM solutions, the remote contract ServiceNow IRM Developer will design, implement, and maintain custom applications and integrations while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including applications, workflows, and integrations
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, ensuring best practices for performance and maintainability
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including sprint planning, testing, and troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience
• Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development
