ServiceNow IRM Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote contract ServiceNow IRM Developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow IRM modules, ensuring best practices for performance and maintainability
• Support end-to-end project delivery including testing, deployment, and system optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience
• Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development
