ServiceNow IRM Developer

Job Summary

To support the delivery of innovative solutions, the remote ServiceNow IRM Developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow IRM
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including sprint planning, testing, and system optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience
• Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum or SAFe)
