ServiceNow IRM Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of ServiceNow IRM solutions, the contract ServiceNow IRM Developer will design, implement, and maintain custom applications and workflows while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including custom applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, primarily IRM, while supporting end-to-end project delivery including testing and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and lead technical workshops for design reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience
• Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development
