ServiceNow IRM Developer

Job Summary

To support project delivery, the remote ServiceNow IRM Developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow IRM platform
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, ensuring best practices for performance and maintainability
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including sprint planning, testing, and troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience
• Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
