ServiceNow IRM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow IRM Project Manager to join their team in a 100% remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for the ServiceNow IRM implementation
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, vendors, and leadership teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing ServiceNow or comparable GRC/IRM platform implementations
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional IT projects in large organizations
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules (e.g., Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management)
