• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access and system configurations
• Create, test, and enhance ServiceNow forms, workflows, and automation features
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert recommendations for enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of ServiceNow core platform functionality
• Experience using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
• ServiceNow Administration experience preferred
