ServiceNow ITAM Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Architect - SAM Pro.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SAM Pro architecture within the broader ESM ecosystem
• Develop target architecture for SAM Pro, including data models, integration solutions, and governance standards
• Guide business analysts and project managers on design decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM, SAM Pro, CMDB, and software catalog
• Deep understanding of software licensing models (SaaS and On-Prem)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITAM processes
• Experience with BCP/DR auditing and Security Operations (SecOps)
