ServiceNow ITAM Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITAM Architect to join their cross-functional Service Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow ITAM capabilities and contribute to the platform roadmap
• Design, develop, and deploy ITAM features while ensuring compliance with technical governance policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset management processes and deliver high-quality technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration focused on ITAM
• Proven experience in implementing CMDB/CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery, HAM, and SAM
• Current implementation specialist certifications for ServiceNow Discovery, HAM, and/or SAM
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodology and ServiceNow platform data model
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
