Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITAM Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HAM Pro, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders and translate operational needs into ServiceNow configuration
• Design and support integrations, drive asset data quality improvements, and deliver operational reporting

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow HAM Pro in a healthcare enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and asset lifecycle workflows
• Solid understanding of ITAM best practices and compliance readiness
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders such as Procurement and Finance
• Familiarity with data migration and reporting processes
