ServiceNow ITAM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ITAM) to implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform and advise clients on best practices
• Contribute to Agile engagements, enhancing project efficiency and quality
• Define technical approaches, lead scrums, and oversee technical quality on customer projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, particularly in IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules
• 3-5+ years of client-facing consulting experience in ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS implementations
• Proven experience in Agile delivery and leading sprint ceremonies
• Strong capability in solution design and technical oversight, including data integrity and governance
• Demonstrated success in leading technical workshops and advising on ITAM solutions
