A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITAM EAM Technical Consultant / Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Support post go-live activities and manage defects
Utilize knowledge for final feature completion
Consult on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions

Required Qualifications

Must be a US citizen
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Experience in ITAM, EAM, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) is essential
ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more) are essential
Experience in consultancy or communication roles
