ServiceNow ITAM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITAM Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert and functional lead for the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) module during implementation
• Collaborate with internal platform teams and external partners to configure and enhance Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities
• Lead the design and rollout of standardized asset management processes across hardware, software, and service environments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, focusing on ITAM and/or SAM implementations
• Proven experience configuring and managing CMDB structures, data models, and asset lifecycle processes
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITAM modules, including discovery, normalization, and asset governance
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within ServiceNow
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and external implementation partners
