Job Summary
To support a leading organization within the ServiceNow ecosystem, the remote ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Developer will engage in design, development, integration, and configuration tasks while focusing on enhancing customer workflows and providing troubleshooting support.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop ITAM and HAM solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Integrate and enhance existing systems while managing documentation and risk
- Provide troubleshooting support and configuration for customer workflows and upgrades
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or relevant certifications in ITAM/HAM
- A degree in a related field
- Strong communication and consultancy skills
