Key Responsibilities

Configure, build, support, and develop ServiceNow solutions
Participate in the design and implementation processes for ITAM, HAM, and SAM
Utilize development skills to enhance ServiceNow functionalities

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more required)
Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM)
Development skills relevant to ServiceNow
Consultancy experience in a technical environment
