ServiceNow ITAM Subject Matter Expert
Job Summary
To lead enterprise-scale ITAM implementations, the contract ServiceNow ITAM Subject Matter Expert will focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), and integrations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations and design asset lifecycle processes
- Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM, ensuring data accuracy and governance
- Establish ITAM governance, monitor software compliance, and develop KPI reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITAM implementations
- Strong expertise in HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, and Asset Lifecycle Management
- Experience working in large enterprise ServiceNow environments
- Knowledge of ITAM, ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM processes
- Proficiency in integrations using REST/SOAP and automation tools like Flow Designer
