Job Summary
Experienced professionals will find a remote opportunity as a ServiceNow ITAM Subject Matter Expert, responsible for leading the implementation of ITAM solutions, designing asset lifecycle processes, and integrating ServiceNow with various systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, conducting requirement gathering workshops and designing scalable solutions
- Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes, ensuring data accuracy and driving asset normalization activities
- Define ITAM governance framework, monitor software compliance, and support audits while providing KPI and executive dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITAM implementations
- Strong experience with SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, and asset lifecycle management
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and JavaScript scripting
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and cloud platforms
- ITIL v4 certification and relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred
