Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, the remote contract ServiceNow ITAM Subject Matter Expert will conduct requirement gathering workshops, design asset lifecycle processes, and integrate ITAM with various systems while ensuring compliance and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including software license management and optimization initiatives
- Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes, ensuring data accuracy and asset normalization
- Define ITAM governance framework and monitor software compliance and license utilization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or related certifications
- Experience with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
- Proficient in developing automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Strong understanding of ITAM governance and compliance frameworks
