Job Summary
Leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITAM initiatives, the full-time onsite ServiceNow ITAM Subject Matter Expert will manage SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and asset lifecycle processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in San Diego, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SAM Pro & HAM Pro implementations
- Gather requirements and design scalable ITAM solutions and asset lifecycle processes
- Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM, Procurement, and Finance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITAM implementation
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and CMDB
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow scripting
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle and software license management
