ServiceNow ITOM AIOps Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the ServiceNow ITOM AIOps Consultant will engage in AIOps, configuration, event management, and service mapping while contributing to health log analytics and root cause analysis for an initial 3-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps to manage configuration, event management, and service mapping tasks
- Conduct health log analytics, event correlation, and network impact visibility to enhance service analysis
- Support testing and validation processes to ensure optimal performance of ITOM solutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in ITOM and AIOps
- Proven knowledge in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more required)
- Strong communication and consultancy skills
