ServiceNow ITOM Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing IT services practice, the onsite Contract ServiceNow ITOM Architect will design ITOM architecture, implement best practices, and integrate systems while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design ITOM architecture covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
- Define and implement ITOM best practices, standards, and governance
- Lead CMDB health, data quality, and service modeling initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in IT/ServiceNow, with 3+ years in ITOM architecture
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB
- Hands-on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Knowledge of CSDM, integrations, APIs, and ITIL processes
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ITOM solutions
