Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cleared ServiceNow ITOM Solutions Consultant specializing in CMDB and Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and modeling for CMDB and Service Mapping for clients
• Assess current state processes and tools, and define solution requirements including integrations and implementation plans
• Oversee team members and participate in the configuration and development of ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance (or higher)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focused on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
