ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITOM Technical Consultant to join their team in a 100% remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ITOM engagements including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer
• Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to identify business requirements and define the ITOM roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3 years in ITOM implementations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Discovery or Service Mapping
• Proven experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
• Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB governance
