Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery products
Assess current processes and define solution requirements, including integrations and architecture
Model network, storage, and infrastructure within the CMDB while overseeing team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Data Foundation
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on Event management and monitoring
5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes
8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
