ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Consultant, this remote full-time role will design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements while leveraging strong technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow ITOM functionality and implement ITOM products such as Discovery and Event Management
• Collaborate with customers to establish metrics for Completeness, Correctness, and Compliance, configuring ServiceNow Health functionality
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including sprint planning, testing, deployment, and system optimization

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience
• Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow ITOM implementation
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with Flow Designer and API-based data exchange
