ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time or contract ServiceNow ITOM Consultant will deliver consulting services focused on installing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow ITOM products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services to install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow ITOM products, including discovery and service mapping
• Conduct workshops with clients to demonstrate the value of solutions and gather requirements
• Develop custom software solutions and prepare technical documentation as required

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in implementing ServiceNow ITOM across multiple projects
• Certifications related to ITOM, including CMDB, Discovery, and Mapping
• Strong experience in customer presentations and conducting workshops
• Expertise in CMDB and ITIL practices
• At least 5 years of IT software consulting experience with 3-5 years specific to ServiceNow products
