ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer w/ Azure Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory for clients
• Assess current state processes and tools, defining solution requirements including integrations and architecture
• Oversee implementation work and guide team members in configuration and development with ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Microsoft Azure Certification
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on Event management and integrations
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
