ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory for clients
• Assess current state processes and tools, defining solution requirements including integrations, architecture, and implementation plans
• Oversee implementation work and team members with a focus on ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on Event management and monitoring integrations
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
