Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM & Integration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and configure advanced technologies for CMDB
Enhance Discovery performance, build dashboards, and design integrations with third-party systems
Provide technical assessments and continuous improvement recommendations while advising on business processes and architecture

Required Qualifications

5+ years in large scale ITOM solutions, with 3+ years as a ServiceNow Architect/Lead or Solution Consultant
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
Expert knowledge of third-party integrations and ServiceNow configurations
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
