Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist to support a large-scale ServiceNow environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow ITOM capabilities
- Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
- Build and maintain integration between ServiceNow and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM
- Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery
- Experience building Service Graph connectors
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS and/or Azure
- Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and CI ingestion
