Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Associate Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, workflows, and integrations
Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM applications, ensuring best practices for performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and support project delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe preferred)
Understanding of enterprise service management and/or monitoring practices
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
1-2 years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience preferred
