ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant

Job Summary

To support a leading organization within the ServiceNow ecosystem, a contract ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant will work remotely in the USA, focusing on architecture, discovery, service mapping, and CMDB health management for an initial six-month period with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage architecture, discovery, and service mapping processes within ServiceNow
• Ensure CMDB health and governance, focusing on data quality and infrastructure management
• Integrate and troubleshoot applications, while modeling relationships across cloud and networking environments

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in ITOM, CSDM, and CMDB
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITOM are essential
• Experience with infrastructure and cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure
• Degree in a relevant field
• Strong consultancy skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
