Job Summary

To support a global life sciences organization, the full-time remote ServiceNow ITSM Developer will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations, enhancing operational efficiency and automating service management processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Perform platform administration activities and support integrations between ServiceNow and external applications
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience supporting enterprise implementations
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and IntegrationHub
  • Experience developing integrations using REST APIs and SOAP web services
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
