Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote ServiceNow ITSM Developer will design, develop, and configure enterprise ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency and automate service management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation
- Design and support core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST APIs and other technologies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience supporting enterprise implementations
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and related technologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
- Experience participating in Agile software development methodologies
