Job Summary
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer, the remote contract position will focus on configuration, customization, workflows, integrations, and development within the ITSM and SPM modules for a duration of 6+ months.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules to meet client needs
- Develop and implement workflows, business rules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment and functionality of ServiceNow solutions
Required qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in ITSM and SPM modules
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and workflows
- Familiarity with ServiceNow configurations and customizations
- Federal Government experience preferred
