Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to join their team on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and administer ServiceNow, including platform configuration, updates, and technical issue resolution
  • Develop custom workflows, scripting, portal design, and system integrations within ServiceNow
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access control in accordance with security policies and organizational standards
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience in a development or consulting role
  • Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, with working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience in an Agile environment, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps
