Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Proven track record in Knowledge Management and Process Ownership
  • Experience with small, mid, and large-scale organizational projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in agile software methodologies
