Job Summary

As part of the Managed Services Team, the full-time salaried ServiceNow Lead will investigate and maintain IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and other areas while handling platform maintenance activities remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Field Service Management initiatives
  • Oversee platform maintenance activities, including patch and family upgrades
  • Collaborate on mobile app development and custom applications with project team support
Required qualifications
  • 7-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and management
  • Proficiency in IT Service Management and Customer Service Management
  • Experience with custom applications and integrations within ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of patch and family upgrade processes for ServiceNow
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
