Job Summary
As part of the Managed Services Team, the full-time salaried ServiceNow Lead will investigate and maintain IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and other areas while handling platform maintenance activities remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Field Service Management initiatives
- Oversee platform maintenance activities, including patch and family upgrades
- Collaborate on mobile app development and custom applications with project team support
Required qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and management
- Proficiency in IT Service Management and Customer Service Management
- Experience with custom applications and integrations within ServiceNow
- Knowledge of patch and family upgrade processes for ServiceNow
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
