Key Responsibilities

Serve as Lead Architect for the ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation
Define solution architecture, integration patterns, data models, and workflow designs
Manage offshore development teams and coordinate delivery execution

Required Qualifications

8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation
Experience implementing Customer Service Management (CSM) case management workflows
Technical PM / Delivery management experience
Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform architecture
