ServiceNow Lead Consultant

Job Summary

Leading project implementations, the full-time ServiceNow Lead Consultant will deliver solutions and services related to the ServiceNow platform, working remotely in a client consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of project delivery, including solution design and custom application development
• Collaborate with Business Process Consultants to gather user stories and direct clients on best practices
• Prepare client-facing technology deliverables and drive continuous improvements in implementation methodologies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client consulting environment
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical leadership roles with end-to-end development expertise
• Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as Angular.JS, React, or NodeJS
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering disciplines
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist (e.g., CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM)
