Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Technical Consultant with APM, CSDM, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support ServiceNow modules including APM, CMDB, and CSDM
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and gather user stories to advise on best practices
  • Utilize extensive knowledge in ServiceNow to enhance client solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Proven expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and APM
  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more required)
  • Experience in consultancy and client-facing roles
  • Availability for part-time hours (15-25 hours per week)
