Job Summary
To support legal and contract management processes, the contract Servicenow Legal Operations Consultant will leverage expertise in the ServiceNow platform to manage executive stakeholders and ensure customer success in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive business stakeholders and provide technical consulting on the ServiceNow platform
- Implement and optimize ServiceNow Legal & Contract Operations products and processes
- Advise and mentor customers on procurement and supply chain disciplines to drive success
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in a customer-facing role such as Solution Architect or Technical Consultant
- 5+ years of experience managing executive business stakeholders
- 2+ years of technical experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of legal or contract management processes or technology
- Experience with ServiceNow integration tools and capabilities preferred
