Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Librarian.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the ServiceNow service catalog structure, categories, workflows, and items
Work with service owners and business units to onboard new service catalog items and retire outdated services
Perform quality assurance reviews of catalog content for completeness and usability

Required Qualifications:

Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly the Service Catalog module
Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
Familiarity with service request workflows and automation in ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
