Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Center - Manager ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-based managed services for a key client
- Oversee ServiceNow platform operations and enhancements across core modules
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client while managing internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Owner or Administrator
- 3+ years of proven expertise in ServiceNow configuration and administration
- Experience in a managed services delivery environment with knowledge of SLAs and KPIs
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service delivery effectively
