Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Center - Manager ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-based managed services for a key client
  • Oversee ServiceNow platform operations and enhancements across core modules
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client while managing internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Owner or Administrator
  • 3+ years of proven expertise in ServiceNow configuration and administration
  • Experience in a managed services delivery environment with knowledge of SLAs and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of ITIL service management practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service delivery effectively
